Return Policy

• Our return policy lasts 72 hours (3 days) from the date of delivery. If 72 hours have passed since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or return.
• Returns will only be accepted if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or the wrong product.
• The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Order Update Policy

• You may update your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• After 12 hours, no changes or updates will be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed.
• Please note:
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) are not eligible.
  • Returns requested after 72 hours of delivery are not eligible.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping for Returns
